Recycling and rubbish

Household recycling and rubbish collection service and collection times, what you can recycle, how to report a problem, and street cleaning.

We’re working hard to keep recycling and rubbish services going, but we need your help to stay safe: if you are self-isolating with Covid-19 symptoms store personal waste (e.g. used tissues) and disposable cleaning cloths in a disposable rubbish bag, place this into another bag, keep it separate from other waste, and wait 72 hours before putting it in your external bin.

Due to coronavirus, some of our waste collections are currently behind schedule. We aim to ensure that any late collections take place as soon as possible, however, if your collection is significantly delayed, please report as usual through your eAccount.
