Sharing health and social care records for timelier and better coordinated care

The London Care Record joins up health and social care information across London and some neighbouring areas. It is a safe system that lets trusted professionals like GPs, paramedics and social workers see up-to-date information on people they are supporting.

From Thursday 30 October 2025, Islington will start sharing some adult social care information through the London Care Record. This will help provide the right support at the right time for our residents.
