Minor variations to a premises licence

Minor variations can be used, for example, to make small changes to premises licensing hours.

Before applying, applicants are advised to read our licensing policy. 

You must pay a fee of £89. 

You must also send: 

  • the current premises licence, or club premises certificate 
  • a plan of the premises if you are proposing changes to the layout. The plan must comply with legal regulations, please refer to the premises plan requirements for more information.
