Payments and online forms unavailable from 7pm until 7:30pm

On Monday 16 February you will not be able to submit forms or make payments between 7pm and 7:30pm. We will be doing essential maintenance on our website.

This means you will not be able to do things like pay or apply for parking permits, parking tickets (PCNs), council tax and rent online or call the automated payment line (020 7527 8000).

We are very sorry about this. If you need to make a payment or do something else online, please try a different day or time.

Partners for Improvement, Tenant Management Organisations and Cooperatives repairs

If you live in a Partners for Improvement, Tenant Management Organisation or Cooperative run property, they may be responsible for some day to day repairs.

Partners for Improvement (PFI) street properties

If you live in a PFI property you need to contact Partners for repairs. You can contact Partners by freephone 0800 587 3595 during office hours, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You can also use this number to report emergency repairs. Report other repairs on the Partners website

The PFI team are responsible for ensuring that Partners provide residents with housing services in line with the contract Partners have with Islington Council. You can view these contracts in our useful documents section on this page.

Tenant Management Organisations (TMO) and Tenant Management Cooperatives (TMC)

If your home is part of a TMO or TMC they will provide some or all of your day-to-day repairs and the council carries out your major works. You are advised to contact your TMO or TMC for details on how, when and where you should report repairs.
