How much do they cost?
- Book of 20 30 minute vouchers: £12.00
- Book of 10 three-hour vouchers: £33.00
- All day vouchers: £15.20 each
Visitor e-vouchers are less expensive to purchase than their scratchcard equivalent.
All day vouchers are not issued for zones HE, TW, U and Z as the restrictions last less than the whole day.
Visitor vouchers cannot be used in private parking areas or on any housing estates. Read more about parking on housing estates.
Vouchers will be processed within 5 working days on receipt of your application. Any orders over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and someone will need to sign for the package. If you are unlikely to be home or cannot collect the package please order less than £100 worth.

If you are 60 or over, or are getting Disability Living Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance, your 30-minute, three hour and all day vouchers are half price.

If you are in zone C or K you will need to order electronic visitor vouchers (e-vouchers) online through our partner RingGo.

Proof of address
If you have not bought visitor vouchers before you will be asked to email a good quality copy of proof of your Islington address once the form has been completed. If you have provided proofs of residence for previous voucher purchases, you do not need to supply further proofs.
We can accept:
- bills: current council tax bill or a gas, water, electricity or landline phone bill dated within the last three months
- driving licence
- tenancy agreement
- Department for Work and Pensions letter dated within the last six months.
Make sure when you scan or take a photo of your documents that they can be clearly read and show all parts of the document.
Vouchers lost in the post
Please allow up to 10 working days to get your voucher in the post.
If in that time you do not receive the vouchers you ordered from us you will need to complete an Indemnity Statement in order for us to issue new ones. You can either scan and email it to email@example.com or post to: Parking Permit Team, London Borough of Islington, PO BOX 34750, London, N7 9WF.
