We are replacing all public computers in our libraries during February and March. While we install the new computers, they will not be available on some dates. Check when computers will not be available at your library. Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.
On Monday 16 February you will not be able to submit forms or make payments between 7pm and 7:30pm. We will be doing essential maintenance on our website.
This means you will not be able to do things like pay or apply for parking permits, parking tickets (PCNs), council tax and rent online or call the automated payment line (020 7527 8000).
We are very sorry about this. If you need to make a payment or do something else online, please try a different day or time.
Fill in the form below to apply for membership of Islington Libraries. You'll be contacted when your library card is ready for collection. Please bring proof of ID when you come to collect the card. Your library card will be kept for collection for 28 days, after which your membership will expire and you'll need to apply again.
