Elections on 2 May

Elections for the next Mayor of London and London Assembly members, as well as the by-election for Hillrise ward, will take place on Thursday 2 May. You must now show photo ID when you vote at polling stations. See a full list of accepted forms of ID.

Paying for service charges and major works

We have a variety of payment options for major works charges, varying from a 5% prompt payment discount to a 10 year interest bearing agreement.

Ways to pay

The easiest way to pay your annual service charges and major works charges is by monthly direct debit.

The completed form can be scanned or photographed and emailed to us at HomeOwnership@islington.gov.uk or sent by post to Home Ownership, 222 Upper Street, N1 1XR.

Pay your service charges by phone, using a debit or credit card

  • Phone 0800 694 3344 (freephone) between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 noon on Saturday.
  • Phone 020 7527 8000 any time to use the automated telephone service.
