Pay for service charge or major works

There are a number of ways to pay your service charges quickly and easily.

How to pay

Direct debit 

The easiest way to pay your annual service charges and major works charges is by monthly direct debit.

Pay your service charges by phone, using a debit or credit card:

  • Freephone: 0800 694 3344. Line are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12 noon on Saturday.
  • Pay any time with the automated service: 020 7527 8000

Other options for major works

We have other payment options for major works and you can get a discount if you pay early.
