After you apply
With the police, we will review your application and, based on the information provided, a decision will be made to either:
- approve the application
- ask for additional information
- arrange a visit to the premises to see if the venue meets membership standards
- refuse the application.
We will write to you to let you know whether or not your application has been approved. If your application has been refused, the letter will explain why.
Appeals against the decision to refuse membership of the scheme should be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Team, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR.
