Elections on 2 May

Elections for the next Mayor of London and London Assembly members, as well as the by-election for Hillrise ward, will take place on Thursday 2 May. You must now show photo ID when you vote at polling stations. See a full list of accepted forms of ID.

Buy concessionary vouchers

Buy discounted visitor parking vouchers if you are 60 and over or are getting Disability Living or Employment and Support Allowance.

You can buy paper visitor vouchers at discounted prices if you are either:

  • 60 and over
  • getting Disability Living or Employment and Support Allowance.

If this does not apply to you, you can still buy standard price paper visitor vouchers.

What you need

You’ll need to provide one proof of address which can be:

  • utility bill
  • council letter
  • tenancy agreement
  • drivers license.

You’ll also need to provide one piece of identification which could be:

  • copy of your passport
  • driving licence
  • freedom pass
  • birth certificate
  • personal independence payment letter
  • department for work and pensions letter.

If you are in zone C or K, you will need to order visitor e-vouchers online or through a smartphone app from RingGo.

Check your parking zone by typing your postcode into the 'Your local area' page.

Buy discounted paper visitor vouchers

Anyone buying paper visitor vouchers for the first time since 1 February 2023 must make a new parking account.

You cannot log in with your My eAccount password. You must create a new account.
