The tables and chairs renewal of licence and management fee payment form is be used to apply for renewal of your licence to place tables and chairs on a public area. You will be required to submit a copy of your current public liability insurance, and also management fee payment. We will advise you when the full fee is due once we have checked your application. Note: if there are any changes to your licence please contact our office before submitting this form.
