Ward partnerships
Islington’s 17 ward partnerships are led by ward councillors and give local residents, community groups and businesses the opportunity to shape services and improve their neighbourhoods.
Find out which ward you are in with your postcode. Expand the 'Ward and councillors' tab after choosing your address.
Or check the map of Islington wards. Fill in your postcode in the 'address search' at the top and add the 'Ward and councillors' layer on the left. Read more about the ward boundary changes that happened in May 2022.
Please email partnerships@islington.gov.uk if you want to register your interest, hear about future meetings, receive information on past meetings or more information, or get support from British Sign Language services for a ward partnership meeting.
Community plans (previously 'ward improvement plans') are developed by each ward partnership and share details about improvement projects.
Arsenal ward partnership
In early May 2022, Highbury West ward was renamed Arsenal ward.

Laycock ward partnership
Laycock ward is a new ward (as of early May 2022). It is made up mostly of the previous St Mary’s (northern part) but also has areas that were in the previous Caledonian and Holloway wards.

St Mary’s and St James’ ward partnership
St Mary’s and St James’ ward is a new ward (as of early May 2022) so does not have a direct predecessor. It is made up of the previous St Mary’s (southern part) but also has a large area that was within the old St Peter’s ward.
