Housing Services will not be available on Friday 15 December from 3pm. During this time, a telephone service is available for emergencies. Please call our main switchboard on 020 7527 2000.

The service will resume as usual on Monday 18 December at 9am.

Fob key order form

If you are a council tenant or leaseholder you can order replacement fob keys online (only complete this form if you are the registered tenant/leaseholder). You will be charged £10.00 for each additional fob key.

Requests will take three working days to process. When you collect your fob, you will need to provide photo ID and proof of address.
