Payments unavailable on Sunday 9 November, 10am to 2pm

Due to essential maintenance on our payment systems, you will not be able make any payments online or by phone on Sunday 9 November between 10am to 2pm.

This means you won’t be able to pay for things like council tax, rent or parking penalty charge notices (PCNs) through our website or using our automated payment line (020 7527 8000). 

If you need to make a payment, please do it before or after this time. We are very sorry if this affects you.

The housing register: apply now

You can apply to join the housing register. To do this you can complete our online form and get your points allocation right away. 

  • Apply to the housing register

    You will be able to save and come back to the form. Once you have completed the form you will be given your points right away.

You will need to have:

  • Information about your immigration status
  • National Insurance numbers
  • Details about your income and savings
  • Details of everywhere you have lived in the past 5 year

If you currently live at a different address from the person you want to live with, you cannot apply online at the moment and will need to complete a paper form and send it back to us to register and assess. This process can take up to six weeks.
