Islington council is proposing changes to the existing Resident Permits Holders Bay in Banner Street and in Roscoe Street. The proposal is to convert 3 spaces to shared (Residents Permit Holders and Business Permit Holders only) bays on Banner Street and to convert 3 spaces to shared (Residents Permit Holders and Business Permit Holders only) bays on Roscoe Street. The proposal is intended to help the operation of the market traders located in Whitecross Street.
