Awareness training for professionals: understand and recognise signs of radicalisation

Prevent awareness training, for professionals who work with members of the public, is essential for early identification and intervention. You’ll learn how to understand and recognise signs of radicalisation and extremism to support your safeguarding responsibilities.

We can tailor courses to meet your needs and offer Prevent briefings. Our main course is the ‘Workshop to raise awareness of Prevent (WRAP)’ - an introductory two hour interactive session, developed for frontline staff. This will help you to identify people who may be vulnerable and at risk of becoming involved in violent extremism and provides advice on how to respond appropriately. This training is free for local statutory agencies and voluntary sector organisations.
