Takeaway hot foods and drink commodities

Find out about registering your interest in selling takeaway hot foods and drink at a trading location or market in Islington.

Please note, we are currently over-subscribed for the sale of takeaway food and drink commodities. If you wish to send in a proposal for consideration, please register your interest using the online form.

We will only be able to contact you if we are able to accommodate your proposal. We will keep your proposal on a waiting list for up to six months. Should vacancies arise, we only consider food or drink that will be unique to the specific market or location.

When completing the online form, you will be asked to provide information such as:

  • what you would like to sell
  • equipment
  • size of trading area you require
  • previous relevant experience
  • your preferred location
  • qualifications such as food hygiene and food safety
