Additional street trading pitch payment form

This form should be used to purchase additional pitch(es) to trade on a chosen date only, and no other date.

You will receive an email confirming payment, and this must be shown to the compliance officer on the day of trading.

Please note:
- the use of additional pitch(es) will not be permitted if you do not produce the payment receipt
- it is not possible to change the date of trading on the additional pitch(es) once purchased
- this purchase is non-refundable
- additional pitches are not permitted for hot food sales.
