This statement applies to content published on the Eyworks parent portal website and app.
This website is run by EyWorks on behalf of Islington Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. You should be able to:
- Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software
- Listen to most of the website using a screen reader

How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
- The colour contrast is not always sufficient. Partially sighted users may need to use high contrast settings.
- The labels for the checkbox controls are not close to the actual check boxes on the e-mail notification widget. On the e-mail notification widget users will need to pan right from the label to find the checkbox.
- Some of the text boxes and checkboxes have an indistinct border. Partially sighted users may find it difficult to determine the mouse hit area. Partially sighted users are advised that the mouse hit area for text boxes is immediately below the label.
- The pinch and zoom is disabled. Partially sighted users may find it difficult to view the website on a mobile device. Users may need to force enable pinch and zoom on their device or use the app instead.
- Some content is lost when viewing the Parent Portal website on a 320px width screen. Users are advised to download the app instead, or, if viewing on a desktop device use a magnification tool rather than browser zoom for high levels of zoom.
