Help us understand how you use the council website

We are redesigning the council website to make it easier for you to find support and access council services online.

BSL Live

Deaf people can call Islington Council using BSL Live for free.

Using the BSL Live service

  1. Select which BSL live service you need.
  2. Allow access to your camera and microphone when your browser asks for permission.
  3. Connect to a SignVideo interpreter.
  4. Ask to call Islington Council.

The opening hours for the BSL Live service are:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 10am-5pm
