May bank holiday services

Find out about changes to our services over the bank holiday on Monday 25 May.

There will be no rubbish or recycling collections on Monday 25 May, so collections will happen a day later than usual for that week.

Arsenal Football Club parade

Congratulations to Arsenal Football Club on their Premier League title win. To celebrate, there will be a special parade in Islington on Sunday 31 May 2026, starting at 2pm.

We expect that this will bring a large number of visitors to the borough, and there will be parking suspensions and road closures that may affect you.  

You may find it harder to travel around the borough or move through the parade route. Please plan ahead and think about how this could affect you. 

We will update this page soon with full details of the route, timings and closures.
