Elections for the next Mayor of London and London Assembly members, as well as the by-election for Hillrise ward, will take place on Thursday 2 May. You must now show photo ID when you vote at polling stations. See a full list of accepted forms of ID.

Islington Childhood Immunisation Survey

Deciding whether to get your child immunised is an important decision.

We would like to understand more about how and why you decide. To do this, we have created a survey in partnership with the NHS North Central London Integrated Care.

We would like to hear from you regardless of if your children are vaccinated or not. If you’re unsure, we’d like to hear from you too.

Your answers will help us to improve our services for parents and carers throughout Islington, especially around specific issues that impact on childhood immunisation.

To participate in this survey, you need to be:

  • A current Islington resident
  • A parent, main carer or legal guardian of at least one child aged 0-5 years at the time of completing this survey.

It’s anonymous and will take only 10 minutes to complete.
