Application for a Blue Badge exemption permit for people friendly streets
This application is for an exemption from designated traffic filters in one of the low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) in the Islington people-friendly streets programme.
Double check your parking ticket before paying
We have had some reports of fake parking tickets (PCNs) left on vehicles in Islington and neighbouring boroughs.
If you get a PCN, please check:
- it has the Islington Council logo, crest and 'for a more equal future' in the top-right on the front
- the back has instructions on how to pay including the web address islington.gov.uk/pcnpay - if you use this, you will see a green band at the top with our logo
- the back also tells you how to challenge a PCN
- it has a detachable slip that says "do not pay the civil enforcement officer"
Our PCNs do not have a QR code that you scan with your phone camera to pay. Do not scan any QR code on a PCN.
