Paid research service

Find out about hiring a private researcher who can help with your research if you can't visit the Islington Archives yourself.

Anyone can use the Islington Archives collections for research for free. Archives staff are happy to help with your research, but they can't do it for you.

If you can't visit the archives, you can ask a record agent to do it for you. Find out details of record agents by visiting the Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives (AGRA) website or writing to the Secretary of the AGRA - Box A, 14 Charterhouse Buildings, Goswell Road, London EC1M 7BA.
