Pay for contaminated land search
If you are buying or selling a property, you can you use this form to search the records we hold.
Basic searches are £100+VAT (£120).
Standard searches are £150+VAT (£180). These cover standard contaminated land issues such as:
- known sites of contaminated land on or adjoining the property
- known processes of contaminative potential on the site or adjoining premises.
- location of any nearby private water supplies
- location of landfill sites
- nearby Part A processes controlled under the Environmental Protection Act 1990
- nearby Part B processes controlled under the Environmental Protection Act 1990
- complaints about environmental issues
Major contaminated land searches are £400+VAT (£480).
