Proposed change to loading restrictions on Mount Mills / Goswell Road

The council is proposing 'at any time' loading restrictions in Mount Mills where there are currently double yellow lines.

To assist businesses with loading, the parking space in front of 184-186 Goswell Road would be reduced by one space to allow larger goods vehicles to load and unload from Goswell Road. The proposal is being made due to large goods vehicles stopping in Mount Mills and obstructing other vehicles from passing to access the car park.
