Legard Road motorcycle bay

The council is proposing to remove the current motorcycle bay outside 15 Legard Road and replace it with double yellow lines. The proposal to remove the motorcycle parking bay is due to complaints made about anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance associated with the motorcycle parking place.
