We recently held an event with the Housing Ombudsman event on Thursday 30 March. If you attended the event and did not get a chance to ask your question, you can still submit your question.
The Housing Ombudsman is a government organisation who can help if you have a complaint that you don’t think has been dealt with well by your housing provider, or if you’re unhappy with the outcome.
