Easter bank holiday services

Find out about changes to our services over the Easter bank holiday.

There will be no rubbish or recycling collections on Friday 3 April or Monday 6 April, so collections will happen a day later than usual.

The Housing Ombudsman is a government organisation who can help if you have a complaint that you don’t think has been dealt with well by your housing provider, or if you’re unhappy with the outcome.
