Draft Integrated Impact Assessment Scoping Report

This consultation has ended

Start date 07 October 2016
End date 11 November 2016

The council is reviewing its local planning policies, known as the Local Plan. Consulting on the Draft Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) Scoping Report represents the first stage in the formal process of reviewing the Local Plan. The Integrated Impact Assessment will bring together a number of assessments of the social, environmental and economic impact of planning policies, incorporating: Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) (required by law), Health Impact Assessment (HIA) and Equalities Analysis (EqIA).

The first part of this process is to consult on the scope of the assessment. From Friday 7 October to Friday 11 November, as well as consultation with statutory bodies, (Natural England, Historic England and the Environment Agency), we would also welcome feedback from the general public and other interested stakeholders. Comments received will inform the IIA process.

You can download the document below or view it for reference at 222 Upper Street, N1 1XR (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Any comments must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 11 November.
