Christmas opening times

There are changes to some services because of Christmas Day (Thursday 25 December) and New Year's Day (Thursday 1 January). This includes what day we will collect your rubbish and recycling, library opening times, parking enforcement and more.

Missed collection

Missed business waste collections can usually be rearranged for the next day. 

We answer enquiries Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Missing or damaged waste bin

Let us know about your missing or damaged waste bin as soon as you can.

We answer enquiries Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
