On Monday 16 February you will not be able to submit forms or make payments between 7pm and 7:30pm. We will be doing essential maintenance on our website.

This means you will not be able to do things like pay or apply for parking permits, parking tickets (PCNs), council tax and rent online or call the automated payment line (020 7527 8000).

Application for a civil partnership certificate

This form can be used to request copies of a civil partnership certificate for civil partnerships that happened in Islington or the City of London.

The City of London refers to the area in London known as the ‘square mile’ and not London as an entire city. Please view a map if you are unsure if the civil partnership happened in the City of London.

Completing this form will not register a civil partnership.
