The information submitted to the iPay system is encrypted to ensure your details are totally secure. For more information about security, see the link on the left.
If you are in a public place, make sure no one else can see you type in your credit or debit card details.

With the Online Payments Service, you can pay your council bills with any of the following types of credit/ debit cards: Visa (including Electron), Mastercard, and Switch and Solo (including Maestro).

To pay an item, click on a link in the left column on the table below. This will take you into our secure iPay pages. You can make more than one payment by using our shopping cart.
For further information about an item, click on a link in the right column on the table below.
Please note: You will need your reference number handy as you will be asked to type it in to make sure that payment goes to the right account. You can find this on your bill.
Please note that business rates bills cannot be paid by credit card.

Street Environment Services has changed the format of our fixed penalty notices. If your fixed penalty notice number starts with ‘S’ all the payment options shown on the reverse of your notice are available.
Please allow at least one working day from the time you received this fixed penalty notice before making payment.
If this number starts with ‘SES’ you will be unable to make online or telephone payments. All other payment options as shown on the reverse of your fixed penalty notice remain available.
Please always remember to return a copy of your fixed penalty notice with your payment or take it with you if you are paying at the Cashiers Office.
Please note: Payment of this fixed penalty notice will discharge you of any liability to conviction for the said offence. If payment is received before the end of the period of 10 working days beginning with the date this notice is served, the reduced rated charge shown in on the reverse of the notice will be accepted as full settlement. If payment is not received after 28 working days then prosecution proceedings for the offence will be considered.

There are many services you can apply and pay for online, including applications for licences. Click on the link for Online Forms on the right under Do It Online.
Forms marked with 'pay online' are e-payment forms. At the end of the form you can choose how you wish to pay, including using our secure iPay service.
You can also pay your council tax using direct debit. To set up a direct debit, click on Online Direct Debit Form for Council Tax on the right under Do It Online.
