Refunds

Please note that we can only consider applications for refunds if received by 4pm on the day before the e-voucher comes into effect.

If you cannot use the internet

If residents don’t have online access, residents can call 020 7527 1414 or visit the Islington Customer Centre, 222 Upper Street, N1 1XR. Residents can also visit their local library.
