Advice and guidance for people working with residents
In this section, you’ll find a summary of the key guidance and resources, both nationally and locally produced. They are for council staff and commissioned services and other providers who are working on the frontline in the community to use as you deliver services in response to COVID-19.
Please note that as of the 30th of July 2020 the self-isolation period has been extended to 10 days (previously 7) for those in the community who have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms or a positive test result. Guidance is currently being updated to reflect this change.
Please note that local guidance below does not replace national guidance, but it has been produced to support council staff and providers to interpret and use national guidance in specific local services and situations, taking full account of national guidance and evidence.
COVID-19 is an emerging area and guidance is regularly being updated to reflect the changing situation and developing evidence. Please always check these pages to make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of guidance.
Unless otherwise stated, the guidance documents on these pages have been put together by Islington and Camden Public Health. For any enquires related to these documents, please email CIPHAdmin@islington.gov.uk.
