Thirty minutes before your collection is due, you will receive a telephone call or text to say we are on our way. Our collection staff all have ID to prove they are from the Council.

Your items are taken to Bright Sparks where volunteers and trainees check them for safety and carry out minor repairs. They are then sold at affordable prices to members of the public at the Bright Sparks shop at 176 Seven Sisters Road, N7 7PX.
