Injunction - Twyford House

Islington Council has obtained a without notice injunction for Michael Howard of Twyford House.

Islington Council responded quickly to initial complaints regarding Mr Howard's threatening behaviour towards both his neighbours and council representatives. A without notice injunction was granted by the Court.

Despite the injunction order Mr Howard's anti-social behaviour continued and he was found guilty of breaching the order, resulting in the sentence being suspended for 6 months.

The injunction forbids him from using or threatening to use violence or intimidating conduct towards any persons residing or visiting Twyford House.

The terms of the injunction also impact on his partners' tenancy where a 2 year suspended possession order is in place. In the event of further reports of anti-social behaviour Islington Council may seek to evict
