Injunction - Shearling Estate

Islington Council has obtained an injunction with powers of arrest against a tenant of the Shearling Estate.

The injunction was sought to combat the threatening behaviour of the tenant. The terms of the injunction forbid the tenant from causing a nuisance, shouting or screaming or playing loud music and threatening to kill anyone.

Islington Council will look to take further action to recover the property because of the on-going noise nuisance and aggressive behaviour of the tenant.
