Eviction Fairdene Court

Islington Council has evicted a tenant in breach of their tenancy agreement on the Fairdene Court.

The tenant came to attention as a result of reports of anti-social behaviour including noise nuisance and aggressive behaviour by the tenant and visitors , that affected other residents of the estate.

The judge agreed that the tenant's behaviour was in breach of their tenancy agreement and awarded an outright possession order leading to the eviction in March 2014.

Whilst eviction is a last resort to resolve anti-social behaviour, Islington Council will pursue this action where the behaviour is a serious breach of our tenancy agreement.
