Appeal a parking charge issued on an Islington estate

How to appeal against a parking ticket issued on an Islington housing estate

Make an informal appeal

If you wish to make an informal verbal appeal about the service you have received from the parking contractor, Wing Parking, you can telephone the contractor directly on 020 7527 6512. This telephone number is also shown on Estate Parking Warning Notices around the estate.

If you remain dissatisfied after making a verbal appeal there is a formal estate parking appeals process.

Make a formal appeal

To appeal against a Parking Charge Notice issued on a council estate, follow the appeals process on the Wing Parking website. You should appeal within 28 days of the ticket being issued.

In order for your appeal to be considered you must include

  • your vehicle registration number
  • your name and home address
  • the name and address of the driver if this is different.

Please also attach any relevant scans or supporting documents to the email. Please provide as much detail as you can and any evidence you feel may support your claim.

Postal appeals can be sent to:

Wing Parking Ltd
Plaza 668, Hitchin Road, Luton, Beds, LU2 7XH
