Area housing offices

Your area housing office deals with rent enquiries, tenancy matters, re-housing enquiries, communal area repairs, new communal door fobs, estate parking, anti-social behaviour, information about mutual exchange and some housing benefit enquiries. You can also book home visits and make appointments with housing advisors.

For office opening times and facilities, times of advisors on housing benefits issues, management team and staff names please click on the link to your area housing office.

Area offices do not deal with street parking, repairs, major works or housing benefit claims and don't receive rent payments.

If your home is managed by Partners for Islington

Some of the Council's street properties are managed and maintained by Partners for Improvement in Islington (Partners) under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract. Further information, contact details and opening times can be found on the Partners for Improvement in Islington website.

If your home is part of the PFI 1 scheme, it will be listed in the PFI 1 index. If your home is part of the PFI 2 scheme, it will be listed in the PFI 2 index.

If you live in a TMO property or cooperative

Some of your services will be provided by your TMO (Tenant Management Organisations) or cooperative. The management agreements of TMOs and cooperatives list which services they deliver and which are delivered by the council.
