The council has several operational workspaces with more to come later in 2022:
SPACE4
(in partnership with the Greater London Authority (GLA), Outlandish and Founders & Coders)
Fonthill Road, Finsbury Park
SPACE4 is an affordable workspace run by Outlandish, a technology co-operative, and offers both room hire and desk space at different price plans, as well as a wide range of events, including training in digital skills and ethical business development.

FC Designer Collective
(in partnership with the GLA and Fashion-Enter)
Fonthill Road, Finsbury Park
FC Designer Collective is an affordable retail shop space run by not-for-profit Fashion-Enter. The space offers local designers and start-ups a high street outlet to sell their work as well as business mentoring and training in tailoring and needlework to local people.

FC Designer Workspace
(in partnership with the GLA and Fashion-Enter)
Durham Road, Finsbury Park
The new space will have the capacity to accommodate up to 75 designers and makers in the heart of the Finsbury Park fashion district. It will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art clothing manufacturing equipment and users will be able to access a wide range of services and support to help them grow and succeed. It will open its doors in Autumn 2021.

Better Space
(in partnership with City, University of London)
Farringdon Road, Clerkenwell
The Council is pleased to announce a new partnership with City, University of London. Better Space will act as a social enterprise hub for the borough, providing support to social enterprise and strengthening the wider business community through promoting local supply chains, developing business networks and encouraging responsible practices.

Town Square Islington
White Collar Factory, Old Street
Town Square Islington operates three spaces, White Collar Factory, 160 Old Street and 250 City Road.
The new workspace in the White Collar Factory is open, and offers offices, co-working spaces, business support, hot desks and a growing community for entrepreneurs, start-ups and businesses in Islington. As a Town Square Islington member you will have access to a network of co-working spaces in cities across the country. Town Square are a B Corp and place the utmost importance on their economic, social, and environmental responsibilities. The workspaces at 160 Old Street and 250 City Road are expected to be operational by the end of the year.
