Islington Architects is the in-house team of architects, landscape architects and urban designers responsible for many of Islington Council’s new buildings and regeneration projects. In 2009 we designed Islington Council’s first council housing in over 20 years and since then we have continued to design high quality new housing for Islington’s residents.
We have also been responsible for large estate regeneration schemes such as the Marquess Estate, Andover Estate and Six Acres Estates. Throughout the process of delivering these projects our urban design team and landscape architects have gained wide experience of community participation, and have worked successfully with resident groups to produce designs that truly transform the built environment.
In addition to our residential work, Islington Architects’ portfolio includes the design of schools, public buildings, offices and community centres.
This site gives examples of our award winning work within the borough.
