Proxy voting

PLEASE NOTE IT IS TOO LATE TO APPLY TO VOTE BY PROXY FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION ON 8 JUNE 2017.

Appointing a proxy means someone else will cast your vote for you. They would need to vote at your designated polling station. The appointed proxy must be registered to vote and also eligible to vote at the election.

To appoint a proxy a completed application form must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 31 May 2017. 

You can download an application form at the bottom of the page under 'Useful documents' and once completed it can be scanned and emailed to: electoral.services@islington.gov.uk.
