Bulky waste is domestic waste that is too big for the bin and not suitable for reuse. For example, soiled carpets, broken fridges etc.
We provide a competitively priced collection service from your home.
Please note that we do not collect any trade or garden waste on this service.
There are different arrangements for collecting your bulky waste and there may be no need to book a bulky waste collection. Please ask either your caretaker, area housing office or properties management company to arrange a place and a date for collection.
There is a limit of 10 items per collection but you may book as many collections per year as you need.

Your items for collection must be placed outside the front of the property at ground floor level. We provide assisted collections to people who are unable to put their waste and recycling out themselves and have no one else that can assist them.
Any household electrical item with a plug can be collected free of charge from inside your property by contacting 123 Reycle For Free on 020 3457 5681.
You can also take many items of your bulky waste to be recycled at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre. Rubbish that cannot be recycled can also be taken to the centre.
You can book a reduced price furniture reuse collection for items that are in good condition.
If tradespeople are working in your home, please make sure they are contracted to dispose of the waste they produce.
