Islington's Core Strategy
After a number of stages of preparation and consultation, and following Examination by an Independent Planning Inspector, Islington's Core Strategy was adopted by the Council on 17 February 2011.
Local Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS), sets out how Islington intends to prepare its Local Development Framework and a timetable for the production of documents.
Statement of Community Involvement
The Statement of Community Involvement sets out how you can become involved in the creation of development plans and give your views on planning applications.
Annual Monitoring Report
Annual Monitoring Reports monitor the outcome of planning policies and how well they are working.
Evidence Base
This is the evidence base that has informed the preparation of planning policy documents. Reports and consultation statements, where relevant, are located under individual documents.
Proposals Map
The Proposals Map was updated in 2011 following the adoption of the Core Strategy.
