The survey is open until Friday 12 May 2023. Please email culture@islington.gov.uk if you would like a more accessible version of this form sent to you or require a printed version.

- Thursday 11 May, 12.30 - 1.30pm at Affordable workspace at Space 4
- Friday 12 May, 10am – 11.45am at 0-5s Music and Movement at Willow Children’s Centre
