Housing services satisfaction survey

About the housing services satisfaction survey which took place in 2023.

We want to hear about what is important to you and how satisfied you are with our housing services. 

Between August and October 2023, we ran a survey with Kwest Research inviting a sample of tenants and leaseholders from council-managed and Partners for Improvement in Islington-managed homes to share their views.  

Your feedback will be used to help improve the services that we provide. We will publish the results of the survey and details of how we will take forward any improvements in summer 2024.
