Web Lab is made up of volunteers from all corners of the borough who tell us what they think about services we are planning to put on our website. We have pledged to feedback via the website the action it has taken in response to feedback.
Online services currently offered by the website include paying council tax and business rates, asking for housing repairs, and enabling residents to see agendas and decisions made, and comment on matters being discussed at Area Committees.
In the future, new services will include online housing benefit forms, comments on planning applications or suspended parking places, telling us about improvements they would like to see in our reception areas, and the residents' magazine. We already have nearly 200 people taking part in monthly surveys.
