The premises are approximately 50m from Holloway Road.

Parking:
There is some onsite car parking, or pay and display bays outside Church Cottages in Pemberton Gardens, which are free and without time limit to Blue Badge holders.

Drop-off point:
Outside the entrance to the building.

Level / ramped access:
There is ramped access to the entrance, with handrails

Reception:
There is a small, informal reception area with some seating for people to await their appointment.

Toilets:
There is an accessible unisex toilet that is up a short, narrow ramp, which could be difficult for people with larger-than-average wheelchairs.

Access to other floors:
There is no public access to the first floor.

Communication equipment:
Unfortunately, there are no induction loops available.

Other facilities:
The Occupational Therapy stores have a level entrance and it is possible to sit whilst waiting for equipment to be collected or exchanged (walking sticks, etc). Callers must first report to reception before going to the stores.
