The Institute of Volunteering was commissioned to review volunteering in Islington and has produced a report which will provide the basis for developing a volunteering strategy for the borough.

At just under 22.8%, the rate of people volunteering in Islington compares favourably with the London average of 20.8% and residents are involved with a wide range of organisations and activities.
